Please note that we are a small publishing team, we will try to answer and resolve your issues as soon as possible. Please also check our FAQs / Knowledgebase section before opening a ticket.
Our service hours (GMT+1) are Monday to Friday from 0900am to 0500pm. Being a smaller team we appreciate your patience here.
Please do not open multiple tickets for the same request, this will only cause delays.
Company vacation notice: The Sound of Drums team will be on vacations from July 31st - August 24th. During this time Helpdesk responses will be very limited.
Rules questions
We offer to answer rules question here at the Helpdesk. However these will have a lower priority over other support requests. We kindly ask you to check our online communities first before opening a rules question ticket here. Thank you!
